How long we keep your data
Enquiry data is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of your initial contact. If no engagement results from your enquiry, your details are deleted at or before this point. If a commercial engagement takes place, records relevant to that transaction are retained for 6 years in accordance with HMRC requirements for sole trader records.
Third party processors
Your contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a form handling service. Formspree processes your submission data solely to deliver it to us and operates under its own privacy policy, available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
